About 12 hours in and the game is fantastic so far. Think I'm going to sell my early Day One Edition and grab the Deluxe Edition, as originally intended.

Does anyone know if Kingsglaive in the Deluxe Edition includes the Brotherhood anime?

Just finished it,

really really amazing ending, loved the last 3 chapters they felt like another game, the logo now makes sense and it is amazing.

Now I'm wearing the new kickass outfits and flying around with my car.
It's one of the best endings in the series, it could end up being the best.
The game design behind summons is so bad , why would they make them work like this.
Reason being, they are practically one shot kills. it's annoying I agree, however I like that fact that they help you whenever they feel like it. Like hey I'm a god and you are at my mercy
Wait why?

Certain dungeons are hidden and scattered across the world.. and some are locked, why Idk (maybe a level cap)

How does the switch from pressing the attack button for combos to holding down feel in comparison to the demo? That's the only change that I'm concerned about.

Cannot wait to just loose hours just wondering around in the first half of the game.

Yes, there's the same thing for MP too. Wish someone found out. :/

You can get it whenever, it is just a formula. Once you unlock it, your max health has a bonus of whatever it says (if it is 3 times your level and you are level 10, it'll give you 30 extra health; when you level up to 11, that bonus will go up to 33). It just scales with your level no matter what it is, you can't screw it up or lose out on stats

I'm just going to have to start preordering big titles at gamestop. So I can just go get it as soon as they open and don't have to wait for shipping anymore.

This is the first and last time I preorder somewhere online. I'm almost always doing the midnights at GameStop, lol.

Alright so I'm testing how big is the world.

First will be how long it takes to get across on foot (no sprinting).
Second on Chocobo
Third in the car
Fourth in the
airship

From East (Insomnia Gate) to West (Rock of Ravantag)

First impressions: Playing in "Lite" graphics mode on a Pro and the tutorial room certainly doesn't feel like a steady 30fps.

Also, is there no way to see resistances in active battle - do you have to use wait mode?

Can hardly wrap my head around the time that has passed since this game was announced. So many life changing things have happened to me in that span, I'm almost a completely different person. I wonder how weird it's going to be playing this tomorrow.

They can be challenging whilst being fair to the player and respecting their time. Looks like I'll be overleveling to minimize having time wasted from Game Overs.

You can leave at any time to save and take a breather. No one is forcing you to go through them in one go.
Yeah, there's a Return to Entrance option (not sure if it always works). Most dungeons are!t specially big too.

I think most of us are rather different people now.

I've traveled the world for years, I've gone to college and gotten a degree, I've become a writer, I've loved and lost. I've been through relationships, I've owned many cats. I've found my purpose -- found myself.

It's been a wild ride.

I guess. I just get annoyed when games do stuff like this (as you can tell, Souls games are not for me). Loved how XIII would have you spawn right next to the enemy you died from so you have the option of re-fighting or running away, also loved how party members outside of battle or party members that didn't survive the entire battle still get full EXP. That is respecting the player's time.

Oh well, it's a minor gripe tbh. The game in general seems to respect the player's time.
