now. Is it normal that the camera acts crazy and close to noctis ? Thanks

There is a portion of the game that for some reason makes the camera zero in on Noctis right around the time you go to that location. Many people have experienced it right in that same spot....no idea why. Saving and reloading the game seemed to fix it.

I don't know why they just didn't add an auto attack option, hitting or holding o doesn't allow me to move the damn camera.

There are so many little annoying things in this game that could be so easily fixed.

Definitely. The best I ever found was 1.5x I think, I heard there was one that gives 3x for 30K gil per stay but I forget where.

the hotel with the ferry in like chapter 1 is 2x, 10k per stay. i had over 30k xp saved up and have an item that cuts that cost in half. went from 21 to 32 thanks to it.

I didn't see what TV you have from that post. What TV do you have?

Samsung KS8000 here, everything set to Auto on Pro and TV, HDR On (and yes HDR is working because the TV blanks out for a sec and then reappears and displays the HDR notification in the corner), and I can see both Cactuars.

What's great is there has never been an evil Dragoon in the series, aside for Kain's dark side. Dragoons are the most honourable characters in the series.

Dragoon, at least back when I was playing, was the least wanted class in high level raids. No one wanted me, always asking if I could switch to monk.

Yeah, the meta might have changed, but I hear the storyline was neat.

Is that worth getting on PS4? I'm super interested in giving that a shot after this game.

YES! You can solo most of the content and the game just feels like a giant love letter to old classic FF's. There's some mundane stuff to be sure, but I feel like I;ve been playing a giant single player ff for the past two years. It goes to great lengths to showcase your MC too, which is something I've never seen in an MMO.

The writing and music is top notch too.

Some gripes:

1. Please add a time wait system, I've been passing the time cleaning around the house but they should just add a wait system like Skyrim etc.

2. Less imperial dropships, especially in the middle of important dialogues.

3. An option for Prompto to stop asking you who he should take pics of.

Way more but I'll add later.

The intro makes more sense now when what's her name randomly appears out of nowhere right at the start of the game. Honestly that should have just been packaged into the game as a long standalone intro cutscene instead of an optional film.

About to start chapter 13 at level 83, kinda sad that i'm so close to being done :/ Sure, the story isnt all that great, but i'm loving the combat and the interactions between the bros so much,i really cant get enough of this game. Might just be my fav FF game, right behind FF4.

Also really curious to see what all the chapter 13 hate is about.

Haha! Same here. 12 hours, chapter 3 and level 26. I was afraid of Sidequests, but it is so much fun traveling with my bros and doing stupid sidequests. No idea what is going on.

I'll always wonder how I would have felt about ch 13 if I hadn't heard people bitching about it before I got there. I liked it just fine, at least it was a change of pace from the rest of the game. Then again I'm one of the three people on earth who didn't hate The Library in Halo.

Look at the loss in detail on a very bright ground. I advise everyone turns off HDR in FF15 if you value PQ. Unlike crushing blacks which can be common, this looks to be clipping/crushing whites which doesn't seem to be seen as often. Still a terrible consequence, as detail is completely lost.

Hence why cactuar all but disappears on the white square.

i just beat master tonberry at Altissia hunter job.

i basically found on spot on top of a wooden box and just keep shooting at him for 20 minutes and it worked!

Performs fine. It has framepacing issues, but I'm not sensitive to that at all. Didn't bother me in Bloodborne either.

Just did the chapter, was level 62 so a bit over leveled, and maybe that helped, because I didn't find it that different and it wasn't frustrating, maybe it could have been shorter, but I feel the hyperbole is a bit strong on the internet. With you being even higher leveled I can't see why you would have any trouble with it.

Few more questions

- I want to save exp until I NEED to level up, but twice now I ended a chapter and it automatically applied my exp. Can I save it? I want to be able to rest at the 2x hotel.

- if there is no way to save exp is there a guide somewhere so I know when to cash in exp before continuing with the story?

- what resolution game mode are you playing as ? Better graphics or performance? It seems the better graphics don't seem that much....better?

yeah, i'm planning on replaying it and using the skill trees. i've been sorta cheap and sitting at the edge of the combat zone rings and if any character dies i run out on come back in quickly to revive them to continue until the enemies die =P

Another dumb question. I've gotten a good handle on combat except for one thing. Often times when Noctis wrap strikes his HP drops to zero immediately from full. I have no idea what's causing that. Happens a lot in hunts.

Did you fight the Iron Giant after he destroyed the bridge? If the fight never initiated, then your game bugged out. You need to reload your save. It happened to me. You need to defeat the Iron Giant for the bridge to regenerate. If the fight never happens, you are fucked and just lost half an hour of your life.

Pro and TV both set to Auto. I'm pretty sure it resorts to Full in this situation from what I can tell. I don't see it explicitly stated on the TV or Pro though.

Are you having this issue with any other HDR compatible games on Pro?
