I criticized (and will do) the current arrogant, incompetent Sony management a lot this past week, but for me, this is the best looking console ever. Futuristic, special, suggesting powerful hardware, I like the colors. So yeah, they did very few things well so far regarding the PS5, but the design is awesome IMO.

And people thought the original PS3 looked ugly (I disagree). The external design of the PS5 makes it look broken. It just looks like the (white) outer casing has been pulled apart. Asymmetric designs are nothing new for Sony, but this one looks awful.

Interesting the controller cable is USB A to USB C. I think quite a lot of people, including myself, expected it to be USB C to USB C, making use of the USB C port on the front of the console! Now we know that isn't the deal, I wonder what it will be used for. Something relates to PS VR(2) maybe? Or just future proofing with nothing specific in mind.
