The only thing is the workouts seem super short. Like 10 to 20 min of lifting each day. I'll do cardio after, but I feel like I should have a few more exercises each lift day.

Cardio - Elliptical - 35 min

Yoga/Pilates/P90X Ab Video
Friday

Bench Press - 3 Sets of 5
