Judging by Mobygames it strikes me that although there are a lot of good titles on her resume, her actual degree of involvement isn't particularly obvious.
Above all else though, despite what the hacks on YT would have you believe, pinning the failure of Concord on her is stupidly unfair given that she wasn't the game director, art director, or even gameplay lead. She was a principal gameplay designer which is a third or fourth-string steering position!
As per usual people are mistaking visibility on social media for actual swing in development. If you want to hold people to account do some basic research and see what their role was, rather than picking scapegoats on the basis of how readily they present themselves for condemnation.
