Will this fucking bullshit ever end??? I swear if I was Cesc, I would tell Barca to fuck off at this point. Why would anyone want to play for these clowns?

Seriously. Wish he would make up his fucking mind. The sooner this story is put to bed one way or another the better. Same with Tevez. Stay or go, just hurry up and decide.

Cool :). Hope we never have to use him though.

Interesting stat I read a little while back, although I'll need to verify this. Apparently it's been 49 years since Liverpool last finished below 8th in the top league. That's one hell of a run.
It's right. Average league position over that time is 3.2.

Who the hell do Umbro think City are, Coventry? A big no to them blue shorts from me.

I won't Embed. It's a big picture.

What's the issue? they're probably just change shorts that will rarely get worn. I'd be more bothered about that ridiculous collar.

Arsenal did that last season with the yellow on yellow once or twice, and it didn't look that bad. TBH, I don't know what the point of it is.
In case they clash. Same way Chelsea for example have change blue socks for in a situation were we wear the home kit in an away game but the other team also has white socks, we wear blue. Most teams do it, MUFC with their change black shorts and socks for the home kit.

It's just too much blue. Especially with those socks with NO maroon turnover. :(

The gingham pattern bit?

I was thinking about actually buying the shirt and cutting that silly bit out. It just kinda ruins it for me.

Umbro have had two good cracks at City's shirts now since the take-over and last seasons was pretty much perfect in terms of design, fabric, colour and fit.

Last seasons City home shirt was really nice. I like you're read and black one this season.

CARLOS TRANSFER FEE AGREED

Carlos Cuellar is going to Rangers for about £2m. What a joke. He's really decent. In fact I prefer him to Collins and Dunne.

Put me down as a Newcastle fan. Support Rangers as well when they are playing in Europe but I don't give a damn for the diddy league sadly.

I've been very unimpressed with the new strips this year but I'll agree that the City away shirt is really nice. Make it black and white and change the sleeves to vertical stripes and I'd happily take that shirt over the shite we are getting.

Didn't see that coming, should get an interesting reception from the fans. As you say, good player.

The Downing deal should be announced as officially done this evening. They've apparently done the interview and everything, just waiting for the media stuff to be finished. Word is Downing gets Number 19.

I may be in the minority, but I don't think the shirt is bad at all. The dots are a bit different, however you can barely see them unless you're looking for them and it's kind of a neat effect.

In fact I don't think any of the epl shirts have been horrible so far. I plan on picking up our away one once we make a decent signing.

I own the new City away shirt and the first thing my five a side team's GK said was have you put weight on. LOL. Such a silly thing to say.

I was like no it's a mixture of the stripes defining my figure a bit more and the fact it is not a fitted shirt like last seasons shirts. I only wear my football shirts for playing football in btw.

I'm not a big guy either, I fit a 36-38" chest shirt. The fit of the new City away kit though is strange, it's the baggy sleeves if anything.

Btw, Bluemoon are getting excited because they believe a genuine ITK has tweeted about Athletico accepting a City big for Aguero.

He used to be able to sing. He doesn't even try now.

Go watch some of their T in the Park stuff, fucking horrific.

We are crushing Bury so far. Granted, they aren't big team, However, its first time I me seeing Arteta enjoying himself in a long time. Left Midfield seems to suit him so far.

Also, N'Zogbia is close, I wonder how good he actually is...

It really is fantastic. Beautifully designed.

Now I'm tempted.

edit: not bad.

LOL at Liam Gallagher though, the massive bellend. Noel's the talented one, prick.

Haha. Mags take 6k to Darlington (fair play, though its not a great distance) then invade the pitch twice before fighting among themselves.

Never knew that sponsors such as nike and adidas were able to help clubs pay transfer costs and wages.
Adidas helped Real Madrid with the transfers of Ronaldo and Beckham. Nike helped inter with Ronaldo's (R9) move from barcalona. Is this even allowed?

Any details?

Marco Bueno from Pachuca (MEX). Pachuca itself has confirmed that the deal is done and Bueno's flying out there next weekend.

Holy shit! It's been announced Denilson has signed a 1-year loan deal with Sao Paulo!!!

brazilgunners: ESPN Brasil reporting that Denilson has reached a deal with his former club São Paulo and will arrive here on Monday.

brazilgunners: He should be officially announced next week, arriving for a one-year loan. ESPN journalist announcing it as a done deal.

Wish he had been payed for, but if this gets him away, I am happy!

Can't believe you've given them him for that and taken Given before us. McLeish the undercover scout. :P

How dare you insult a league with such classic clashes as Dunfermline vs St Mirren, sir.
