Yes, honestly I wonder how the colors on the bands rotate.

Level isn't a skill ranking, so much as it is the amount of time you've been playing. It's just a total of all XP collected.

US seems to be the earliest. If you're outside of the US you could try switch regions before 12 EST.

Has there been a list of the differences between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One version? I expect the 360 version to be a visual downgrade but is it also missing out on content?

Are there the same amount of events? The same amount of cars? The same number of music tracks?

Somebody made a great bulletpoint list in this thread a couple of days ago. Look back a couple of pages you should be able to find it.

Horizon 1 was around 7GB, considering this has more map and cars, I would say atleast 7.6GB.
