Does anyone have any pictures of the Pontiac Solistice GXP in game? google isn't helping.
I want to know if it is the convertible or coup. Also would like to just see it.

Any chance of a 360 price cut at gamescom?

I could probably jump on one soon since I am getting a 2nd HD TV for the bedroom and planning on getting a 360 as a second console.


Probably better just to wait until GC anyway? right?

FM3 only had the base Solstice (a 2006 carryover from FM2), not the GXP and it was a roadster. We did get the Sky Redline. I'd love to see the GXP coupe join the FM4 roster.

Yeah, it won't hurt to wait for GC if you're not in a hurry. Worst case you'll have waited for nothing, best car you'll save some money. :)

also if I have zero interesting in getting a gold XBL membership can I still access the auction house stuff.


I will probably make a LTTP 360 thread or bump a old one soon enough to clear a few things up for myself.

If FM3 is anything to go by no, you won't be able to access the AH or the storefront without Gold...
Unless you're strictly opposed to pay for it, just grab one of the 1€/$=1 month offer that pops from time to time.

well that kind of sucks but wasnt unexpected.

yeah that was my plan. wait until they have another one of those and spend 20 euro and get 20 months. would be more then enough for me.

but I use pre paid cards that expire within 3 months and I hear that if your CC expires on live you account is suspended until you input a new valid card and I dont wanna be inputting a new card every few months. :/

not sure if that is BS or not.

They can, they plug movies for the SiaRPC all the time. But, I'm fairly sure this week's episode has already taped. That pic might just be old.

They can't, it would breach BBC broadcasting rules. They can showcase and preview the game though, in the same way they showcase and preview cars.

What makes you think this? I thought they taped on the Wednesday or Thursday before the show airs. It's pretty up with current affairs.

How firm is this? Because if it is in there and isn't a coup then this game is a day one purchase for me.

One of our fellow Gaffers was on the show. It's already over.

Spoilers for the last episode of this season
Back from the filming. Rather disappointing for a season finale.
Segments were new Lambo, the electric cars and Help the Heroes (featuring the fired Stig). Louis Walsh was the star in the car. I literally can not think of anyone less interesting for an interview. Even one of his contestants or the hot girl they placed behind him in the shot for the whole segment would be more worthy.

I think another Gaffer mentioned seeing the electric cars out of juice in his hometown.

The army segment is just a team of injured soldiers using competitive off-roading as therapy. They were happy to film the "rough and ready" soldiers who had clean amputations, but there was a guy who had his face burnt off and he didn't get a single shot.

Lots of swearing in the live show. Pretty funny.

doesnt mean they cant have the game on the show.


The bushiness relationship TG and T10 have might mean they have to be careful about it but no reason they cant have a segment like the GT4 laguna seca video but with Forza.

Just gotta keep the plugging to a minimum.

form the looks of that pic though I would guess that they got to use the TG studio to film some promo videos for the game.

Thanks. I wish I knew if it was the (inferior) coup or not. First time a car I own is in a racing game. I'm excited just to mess around with it.
