I "only" use Origanum vulgare spp. Hirtum. Greek oregano. It's the most intense i could find. You can make tea out of it because it is so ethereal.

i'm in and out in less than 3 minutes. maybe if i had hair on my head i might push it to 4. 5 is crazy. 10 is absolutely silly!
