Teamspeak is a versatile voice communication client that's great for team-based games. Takes up little in cpu/ram/bandwidth, sounds good, and has customizable binds. Grab it here: http://www.goteamspeak.com/downloads.php
What can you use it for? Well, any GA gaming-related activity is fine. Whether it's a CSS match, or UT2k4, or even that devilish Kohan game, as long as you're a GA member, feel free.
