At the start, we were placed in a tier with numbers matching us. But each week, the numbers get reshuffled. (#8 in Tier A in week 1 is different from #8 in Tier A in week 2).

Yes, I (or jlai) gather up the total points throughout the weeks and then divide you guys up into 3 groups of 8. You'll move up or down throughout the Tiers based on your total points.
