Where did you get that you get the other Gears? All I've seen is that you receive DLC for Gears: Ultimate Edition.

Well i got a code and the confirmation email but it doesn't even show up in the windows store. It just says "The thing your looking for probably isn't here". Same thing with Halo 5. Do you need to be on anniversary update to play it?

Yes, you need the anniversary update. Another method to verify: go to xbox.com, sign in, search for Gears of War 4, click on it (not the ultimate one) and verify that it says "You own this".
Preload isn't up yet, just the preorder and the bonuses with it. "Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack" and all previous Gears which I linked at the top of this post.

I bought a code but had gears already preordered. Had redeemed the code and it says I already have it and now the code is void. Am I good or f**ked?

Maybe get someone else to try to redeem the code. Sell it based on it actually working for them.

You may be fucked but I would contact MS support (as they should see activity on your account). Question, why would you redeem the code if you already had the game preordered and not have it cancelled before you did so?
Yea I'm chatting with him now and he's saying that shipping was free, but I've got a $13 USD charge on PayPal, hmmm. I wonder if this maybe it will get cancelled automatically?
Sorry, just go to Ebay and type in "gears of war 4 pc" and it will show up there. There's only like 15 listings so not that many to check. He runs out but keeps re-listing so maybe he has more.

Yea, my friend got charged shipping as well, Pitney Bowes shows up on PayPal with the charge equivalent to list shipping charge.
We both contacted him and he's saying he didn't charge shipping, that on his end it shows only as the $15 USD charge. I'm wondering if I should dispute this second charge then, hmmm.
Edit: He's saying now that the shipping charge is probably due to me buying it from Canada while he was in the US, so international. Does that mean I can dispute the shipping charge without affecting his thing then?

Yes. As long as you redeem it before the game comes out as it is a pre-order at that point.
