Awesome, XCom 2 is here, I have ~4 hours to play it and it only takes 10 hours and 58 minutes to unpack. It's probably faster for me to delete it and redownload it.

You don't have to redo any missions or their extreme/substance versions to beat the game.
Austin has said that they're paying all their freelancer a competitive rate. I have no idea what that is. But they've been talking about a "freelance budget" for a reason.
I am not sure this means they traffic well - but it is a prestige thing. Austin, Jeff - and to some extent the others too (maybe not Dan) - still seem to value a well written piece and having new voices on the site isn't a bad thing.
A relatively short piece like these? Probably less than they spent on the Lego Dimensions QL and it has to be a better use of budget than buying Angry Birds on Xbone.

yup. It's the same voice over as the initial teaser. It's a little hammy but I like it alright. It's really cool in the context of it being a tv commercial.

That's great to hear, he mentioned taking a break and people speculated that this might be the reason but then the break lasted as long as every other break of his between videos and that was like this time last year. CBSi, the efficiency of corporate bureaucracy in action.
Good for that dude. His videos are always top notch. I've introduced more than a few friends to giantbomb with these videos.
