Didn't see any visual ranks really, only saw him level up via exp and unlock promethean vision and thruster.

But I did really only see him play 1 or 2 proper matches and didn't pay that much attention.

I didn't catch the finer details on it just noticed that it still exists. But like MS and the 360 UI, 343 seems fit in adding extra layers of input to reach what was instantly accessible.

But I'd definitely say Slayer Pro sounds like a better option than an MLG playlist. It doesn't have the taint of the name, it can be better controlled, and its settings aren't likely to be wildly different from base traits like Reach's list was. Plus people can get their BR/DMR battles in while they level up their custom loadouts. Sounds like a win-win for everyone.

In terms of timing for leaks, when did the Halo 3 ending cinematic get leaked? I remember watching the really crappy rip of that on Youtube and being confident that it wasn't actually real. Lol.

The latter 2 might be way too big for 4v4 though but they are more in the middle range as far as map size in Halo 4. I can definitely see them putting Ragnarok in.
