I personally am happy they've jacked up the XP payouts, they might be a tad generous now but Reach's were always stingy. Besides, a lot of the cosmetic unlocks are tied to commendations now, which I think is a slightly better way of handling the progression system anyhow.

Was just talking with Krow and Zeouter for the last 4 or 5 hours about Halo. Google+ lets you stream live to youtube from your chat. Pretty fucking awesome but alas we didn't record it. It was a long night lol.
I love how you end all of your arguments with "I'm stronger than you" or that you're going to go do something with your wife. Yet you're on here everyday and probably within minutes after your ban lifted.You can think that all you want, doesn't make it true. The conversation has reached its end IMO. Now I'm I'm watching the IGN Aliens:Colonial Marines stream before I go watch some movies with my wife.

I just left Skype for good and went to Google chat. Skype takes up more bandwith than my entire 360. I can download a 2GB 1080p demo while talking with 7 of my friends and my connection is all dandy. I log into Skype and start a voice chat, I feel like I'm back in the 90's. It's the most recent version and it doesn't make any sense. Besides, Google has all my phone contacts and I don't have to tell anyone my Skype username anymore.
No CSR in-game sucks, Halo.

Yeah, it's really nice to be able to video chat with more than one person at a time. They do a good job of switching to whoever is talking too. Skype was such a drain on my laptop too. I am just so surprised at how great Google+ was.
They must have improved it since the last time I used it. It used to just drop people at random. Plus the "Are you still there?" shutoff was annoying, because you had like 1 minute to press it before it dropped you.

So, this week's Spartan Ops was amazing. Felt like a campaign mission really, and outside of one moment, it didn't feel like I was just doing wave after wave after wave. The improvements are REALLY shining. I'm impressed. Just a few fundamental issues like spawns need work though, I feel like this being prevalent across all aspects of Halo 4 means that is a global issue they may not be able to fix via a patch.
Also, this is my first time playing the Community Test Playlist and it seems at first glance every map is great. The lockout remake has some weird ledges, but otherwise it's decent.

just finished episode 6 and the first two chapters of episode 7. its such an amazing improvement that if season 2 and beyond are anything like what i just played (aka awesome), im definitely all for it.
episode 7 is by far the most fun ive had in spartan ops. everything feels great - great job 343!
