This launch is a joke. Takes forever find matches in Halo 2 anniversary. Online co op is a laggy mess (especially Halo 1). This feels like a hobbled together mess in an attempt to make a holiday deadline.
That being said, Halo 2 anniversary looks great... but jesus christ... if it was going to be this messy they should have just released Halo 2 anniversary as a stand alone game.

2 nights in and I still haven't gotten to play CE multi. So lame.
Worse than Driveclub? I didn't know the game had been out a month and the multiplayer wasn't still fully functioning.

Why did they reduce the team size of BTB down to 6? That's lame.
I've gotten in about 5 CE games on dedicated servers. It's pretty great. You still have to shoot ahead of your targets, but at least nobody has host advantage.

And if you read for comprehension it is the fact that people are mentioning severe bugs in the single player campaigns. Driveclub didn't have issues with the sp portion only the mp.
I am no scared to continue trying to play the game. I am going to wait till the next patch. I was trying to co op with another friend and he thought it was his network. It seems as if it was live all along.
it's probably the preferable way to watch the terminals for those who have the game too
It immediately switches over to Halo Channel when you access a terminal and plays the video on there. Or it can bug out and play the hour-long making of documentary, like it did for me!
Also, the Halo Anniversary terminals have been out and about on Youtube for quite a while. The Halo 2 ones will pop up in no time, I'm sure. (Added this in since I mistook your meaning!)

So played the game with my nephew for a bit and when we came back to play some more, there seems to be no way of continuing...
You have to start every level over from the beginning? No chapters, or continues from last save? Why is there a "Save & Quit" if it does nothing?
Also, won;t even let me connect to MP. But it's ok, I have Unity, and Halo 1-4 Single player to do. All those Chievers!

This fuckin attitude right here is why developers can get away with this bullshit. Who gives a fuck if it's still the first day? I paid $65 and I expect this to work. Anything else is UNACCEPTABLE.

They really should have just focused on Halo 1 and Halo 2. No one is even playing Halo 3 or Halo 4 MP.

I only ask because I was in a store before and I noticed all the covers had little beta access stamps in the lower corner. Must just be for display cases or something.

the lost checkpoints is likely a bug
