Finally got into some Team Slayer matches and one Rumble. I am still good at Halo. Also, jumping between entries and having it all run at 60 FPS is kind of jarring, but beautiful.
I played Zenith on Halo 2 Classic and then played it on Anniversary. Man, what a difference.

I couldn't get into a game. I tried to run match making for 10 minutes.
It's probably back to Sunset Overdrive until they get the bugs ironed out.

My digital version of MCC is running pretty smooth in menu and in the campaigns. But then again I do have the game installed to my 512gb crucial mx100 being used as an external ssd =P. Hope things become smoother for you.
I did notice some sluggish cutscenes on my other Xbox console and that's running on an external 7200rpm hd. They will patch it and things will continue to run better.
I wonder if the decreasing of the 20gig day one patch to the 15gig version created all these issues...
If that's the case, then some people contributed to the problem with their outcry for the day one patch being too large.. Oh well.
I feel like we need another documentary after this launch.
If you have opened other Apps they will continue to run in the background, I suggest going to the home screen and quitting out of any apps in your recent list you're no longer using.
I still need to check Nightfall. I'm assuming this documentary is on the Halo channel?

I just want to say that i'm playing Halo:CE, it's been 10 years since i beat it the last time and to this day i think it's still one of the best single players campaigns ever. It's so fun and the pacing of the campaign is just perfect, the feeling of discovery is just unmatched throughout the game.
Also, i prefer the original graphics in outdoors and the new look in some interiors but overall the original is by far the superior bersion and the way to play it IMO, the anniversary edition looks like a diferent universe.

Any one get nightfall to play, just says buy halo.
If you have the physical copy apparently you have to scan a QR code included in the game case.
Nightfall is pretty mediocre, documentary is amazing though and as a casual fan of the series it really made me appreciate it a lot more. It's cool to see behind the scenes footage for Halo 1 and 2 especially and having interviews with the original creators.
App downloaded fine for me, just went to the Xbox store.
Just had a game of H2A team slayer on shrine, my god is it fast and beautiful. Plays like a dream and I was just BRing fools over and over. Also I am still king at ghost splatters across games, no one knows how to cope, didn't then, sure as hell not now. Its so wonderful from going to this from COD, no longer the hunted. I am the hunter.
I only go in solo. The party system right now is completely messed up. Get split up, longer search times, can't switch playlists without them being forced out, etc.
I always assume connection failed is some p2p failure and blame it on the networking noobs that enter online gaming
I dont try to play the same playlist twice, that seems to work for me

I got the digital copy. I was watching it yesterday but then decided to try the multiplayer and now when I go to nightfall it says buy halo.

Since 11.11 I only played 1 online game, and it was h4 after searching on every single option. Since then I can't play on any online game even if I wait 5 mins. At least I can pay the single player modus, how can I beat h1 easily on legendary?It's really, really hard to play alone on this difficulty.

The fact that they have updated matchmaking twice dreaming that it will fix MP with almost no effect basically means that they don't know how to fix it. Game is fucked and will likely stay that way for a while. Maybe in a week or two we'll get MP.

So this is strange..... I saved the game as soon as library started because I didn't want to play atm. So I just load it up and it skipped half the level I think....

I reached some goals to unlock some achievements but they never unlocked, when I go to the achievements app (or snap it) it says "Done. Unlocking..." on like 4-5 achievements but they're not unlocked. I jumped into Halo 3 and unlocked some more achievements now everything is working again and it's fine.
Anyone else having this issue? Will these unlock in time or do I have to replay the levels again to get them to trigger to unlock?

You watch is through the Halo Channel App. So, maybe download This and then go to EXTRAS in HALO MCC and Play Halo Nightfall. Worked for me.
