Yup. I got the bad end of the number advantage earlier. We had an extra guy in a 5v4 but 2 of them were god awful. They ended up for 3 kills between them.
But I got in to about 5 games today. Managed to get up to rank 5. It's getting better. I imagine it'll be buttery by the saturday

Sure hasn't changed shit for me.
Don't spam that overcharge so much, Plasma Rifle and Plasma Pistol are both extremely useful on Legendary. Just get your quick trigger finger and launch a volley of shots at enemies, it's relatively accurate even at longer ranges, and the Plasma bolts track a little bit too.
Plasma Rifle is great against Elites as well, allows you to ambush them, spray into them, they get stunned, you can rotate around and smack them with a melee. At farther ranges, pulse your shots to get their shields down and hit them with a headshot with the Human Pistol.
For some it isn't but for others it is working a lot better so they at least know what's up, to say they don't know how it works seems like a huge stretch.

Yep, it's working a bit better, got into a H2A Slayer, if you ever need a sniper that controls the map for you fine people, I still got it!
Edit: Forgot to mention something funny. I was making me a snack with my hopes torn to pieces thinking the update was not gonna work for me, after a few minutes I heard gunshots and I saw the match had already begun, hahaha.

So glad I had GAF for this launch. I can only imagine what its been like for people relying on matchmaking. Thanks to yall i've been playing multiplayer pretty consistently and have had a blast.

Um they don't know shit the game is utterly broken still.
Not saying its 100% rainbows over here but whatever they did showed improvement. Again saying they don't know anything is a stretch.

No improvement over here. I got in two games yesterday and today I have gotten in ZERO.
For HCE Legendary you're going to want to carry a Plasma Pistol and a Pistol basically in every level. Forget the AR, you don't need it. For Flood levels, PP and Shotgun are good too. Snipes and Rocks have their place as well but the PP/P combo is gonna be your bread and butter.
I got in 2 games over 2 days, now have gotten 5 in the past hour. Something has definitely changed. Hope they keep at it. I don't care about the rest of the stuff so much as I do that matchmaking at least works.

I'm fairly sure that I have a major bug in my game where many of the shaders aren't turned on in H2A. Everything looks very flat with minimal effects. The only noticeable difference with the OG graphics are geometry complexity.
And Halo:CE won't let you switch graphics during cut scenes. You can only switch graphics during gameplay, and whatever engine you are running when going into the cut scene will be the one shown in cut scenes.
Also, when I try to play Nightfall, it highlights a button that says BUY HALO. When I click on it, it just loops back to where I was before.
This is the buggiest release I have experienced in gaming.

I got hit with that weird bug that after you beat AOCR level it skips a level. But what it actually does, it says it is the library but it actually is 343 guilty spark. When I backed out of the menu it said I already beat 343, but I never played it. So I launched that level alone, beat it and then it went to the Library. So it does not actually skip 343, it just says that you going into the library, but you actually are starting 343. It is weird that it said I beat it though before even playing it.

I am rusty and dying a lot and trying to remember stuff, but I am really loving the new coat of paint and at 1080p/60fps it is fantastic. The only real area I had some frame rate issues is when you first land on Halo and you use a Warthog is where I felt it was the worst, but outside of that it has not been bad at all.

Definite improvement for me getting matches despite getting uneven teams but had an epic Hang Em High match.

I think I was just in that game with you. After the match it separated me from my party and put it in someone else's.
It's a shame this game wasn't ready for launch. I still haven't played a balanced team match when matchmaking has worked.
Gameplay wise, H2A seems fun, and Halo 3 is as solid as ever.
I always thought console betas were more marketing than testing. I was wrong. Could have used even a week with H2A to see this game was broken.

That's how I normally play to clear the tough areas. But during the encounters where I have marines, I have a desire to keep them from dying (for personal pride) which leads me to try to draw enemy fire, which then leads to me quickly dying. I feel like I lost if all of the marines following me die. If I didn't give a damn about saving NPCs who die after one hit, then I think it wouldn't be as difficult.
Found a game of Halo 1. Teams were terribly distributed and the game froze once the match ended. Such is life in MCC.

Really sucks CE doesn't have its own playlist. I'm the only one ever voting for it when I get a match. Just had to play H2C Ascension. Ascension blowssssss

Ya you're gonna have to get over that OCD, Marines get rekt hard on Legendary. The only one I can get really far is Johnson on AoTCR.
