I played a game of Halo 2 Classic and the banshee and rockets were spawning really quickly too, much faster than I remembered
It only shines in FFAs or CTF . Ooh and multiteam and everyone has to be somewhat good.
Also Halo 3 had the best sniper. Halo 2somehow doesn't feel good now to me. I loved it back then

Whose idea was it to spawn players in a garden of tiny rocks with two snipers looking straight at them, and then put a copious amount of cover on the bridges for them to hide behind so you couldn't ping them, and THEN put rockets on the map?
Did you hear about the ranking system? Supposedly 7 tiers, with the bottom 5 having 3 sub-tiers. Don't really like the smart scope/Sprint/ledge climbing stuff.
This game if it wasn't called Halo, would be super amazing. But I'd still rather have them build off of H2A type gameplay, than what H5 looks like. But I'm keeping an open mind for the beta.
I don't remember the spawns being this bad in halo 2 though. They're terrible on those two in anniversary mp.

343 made Reach BTB into 95% slayer and Halo 4 had nothihg but slayer until they made a separate playlist six months later. It is gross.

Haven't been able to find a fucking game for the last 30 minutes. Getting close to taking this back for a refund.
FFA is great in that map and Team Slayer's a lot of fun. I don't know, I quite like it (it also looks great).

I've been restarting every 5 minutes. I actually just got completely kicked to dashboard and the game crashed. That's a new one.
Not a new one for me happens A lot, another one is inability to invite someone or join them whn you both back out. The game is a steaming pos with bugs crashes and utter shit broken match making. Anyone getting the sound bugs, sometimes ads makes the sound disappear completely for a few seconds.
I actually got into a couple of games back to back with not much waiting.

Got the Collection arriving today. Glad to see they're making small improvements and I think taking out some playlists for now is a smart move to concentrate the population.

I'd argue that Forward Unto Dawn and Nightfall are closer... seeing as they pretty much literally are movies.
choose team slayer and pray essentially.
bear in mind it'll be 2v4
This game better work in some form this weekend, or I'm just straight up returning it.

I really hope they at least attempt to patch the frame rate in the first game. The drops feel ridiculous...

Yesterday night I received a message saying they would, "this morning", improve their servers again. Now I dont know if "this morning" was yesterdays morning (maybe the message delayed to display for me) or if its gonna be today.
Hopefully I will finally see any improvement, cause till now I cant say that.

I agree. It's no better than being scammed. I honestly don't know how the higher ups at 343 have the courage to show their faces after this. The thing is that once a couple of issues are fixed, people will forget and companies will go on to do the same thing all over again. Selling someone something that does not work should be considered a serious thing, but they get away with it because people want the game badly enough.
