My God, I'm doing absolutely terrible online. Everyone manages to turn around and kill me even when I shoot first. Either my connection is awful or I'm just not used to Halo anymore.

Yes, just as I did with Sunset Overdrive and that one worked fine at 00:01.

There are known issues with that for this game. Go back 3-4 pages back and someone found a solution to this issue.

An install button appeared for a few seconds, as though it wasn't installed. I didn't press it. It was replaced with the play button and all is well. I've no idea whether this could have caused a problem or not.

Party says I'm in a friends game - Roster says I'm alone.

I've been lucky enough to have the game for over a week and the Roster has never worked correctly - rarely showing accurately who is online in MCC. I just assumed they would have it fixed ready for launch. Wrong.

May have fallen into the install trap. Had it preloaded. Clock hits 00:01 and it says install so we hit it thinking it was the update. Currently on 1% after already cancelling the installation to restart the box. Welp.
