I've been sitting in a lobby with 2 other players for over 5 mins now, but the game won't start because there's not enough people.

As much as I love Halo for its story and I love the Master Chief Saga thus far, my greatest fun in all of gaming was in Halo Multiplayer.

The one thing that doesn't work.

This is going so awfully.

How the hell do you launch a collection like this without working matchmaking?
This is just embarrassing.

All hail the glorious Microsoft limitless cloud. Without it, staring at menus is just not possible.

Found a fix for us retail owners

DELETE THE INSTALL AND DISCONNECT YOUR XBOX... Then, restart the install without reconnecting

No seriously, that way it doesn't try and pull the patch from their currently fucked servers and you can just play the damn SinglePlayer
I'm already at 10 percent :)

Popped into a random H2 slayer game no problem, then did a little four player campaign in Halo 4 with no problem, aside from frame rate drops. Whatever happened to solid 60fps? Anyway, Halo is pretty sluggish. Feels dated. Then again I never got the big deal about Halo when the original hit, it was kind of fun, but didn't really have much on PC shooters. *shrug*

Halo 1 is boring after the 80th time. Halo 3 is still new. Halo 4 sucks. Halo 2 is remastered and hits that chronological sweet spot.

I'll be finishing the campaign of Halo 2 before multiplayer

Mine unlocked at 9pm. Everything worked fine. And my download/installation took under an hour yesterday. Could be your carrier. I guess it's not a consistent experience for everyone. Happy mine worked. When its ready to go, the game is great. Ne a little patient.

Halo 1 in Matchmaking is TERRIBLE. So floaty.

Matchmaking and the whole invite system and everything is still fucking broken.

Well, so far I've gotten into 2 games of swat in Halo 3, got destroyed, a standard game of halo 2 slayer on Turf, and a team slayer match in anniversary on the Ascension remake. I am rusty as hell and it is not pretty. Go absolutely slaughtered every game.

Also to add, I had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes to find players for each game. First time I found a match for big team battle and it locked up, had to reboot the game. I had some lag in the H2A match, but other than that it went smooth when I was actually playing in a game.

This is the second week in a row where I've run into a problem. I took off last Monday and today for COD and Halo from work just to be met with broken ass fucking preloading

Are those additional Nightfall clips supposed to be in a different language? Mine is in Italian.

Didn't someone just make a thread about DriveClub being the game with the worst launch? Looks like it has some competition.

I got a small taste of 60fps Halo 3 MP and now I can't join any game. That's wrong, man.

Good, a defense force for broken games at launch. At least you are playing something, if my download is not done tomorrow morning i'm asking for a refund.

I wish I liked Halo like millions do. I merely find it okay. If I did, this would be a great day. At least AC is out, though.
