I don't think you can continue from checkpoints anymore. Started split screen halo ce, did some mp and couldn't find a option to continue where we left off. Had to start the whole level over.

So MM wasn't working for me so I backed our and played the first two levels of halo Ce on legendary what wasn't that exciting cuz it feels lik I just played these a year ago and tried it again and got in...

Holy shit! Team slayer on the new lockout! Looks and plays sooooo good man. It plays so good still,Honestly makes me sad that they are moving away from this slower more methodical style for halo 5... Really brought me back... Hopefully they continue to support this with new maps and stuff.

Also I'm glad they brought back the old ranking system... Finally that number is actually an indicator of your skill and not how many hours you sunk in the game.

It took me well over half an hour to get a multiplayer match last night (in UK) and can confirm matchmaking still doesn't work here.

I do ponder if this just didn't sell very well. Or if the servers are made of string.

So far I've been unable to join my friend that had the game. When I gave up and searched for an MP game on my own and then selected my gamertag to view profile, it crashed with an awful buzzing noise and then kicked me to dashboard.

Not the best first impression...

I've only managed to connect to SAWT games.
Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4 all don't work for me either (UK).

Glad I cancelled my days off work.
Hope it's fixed by weekend.

lol of course I legendaried that bitch. After Cairo station it wasn't THAT hard anymore, I remember truth and reconcilliation being insanity in halo 1 on legendary.

Never played both on legendary back to back though, so that might change my opinion ;) 3 Was def. much easy though

Problems with the game so far:

This one is really annoying. The controls are constantly changing when playing any playlist that has more the one halo game This doesn't mean that the "Button Layout" isn't saving. I use green thumb for every game, but in every game green thumb is different. Why now allow for custom controls? Having my reload button and zoom button swtich every games is so jarring there's no way I can play the playlist. Same thing with my friends who weren't using green thumb. This is really something that messes up the experince IMO.

Edit: Skipped right over this one, I had no idea green fingers was a universal green thumb. This fixes this issue 100%. :)

Halo 2 Anniversary controls are broken Once again, I'm using green thumb here. For whatever reason weapon scope is the same as grenade switch (Uses RB for both). Wtf? Also when I let go of the zoom button it returns the normal view.

My party keeps getting split. Every game I've played in my party (We're even playing split screen) my friends in my party are not on my team.

It's very hard to see people Halo 2 anniversary. The colors are really muddled for some reason, where in the other games the red and blue is vibrant enough to stand out no matter what is around the character, in Halo 2 Anniversary they blend in with the backgrounds making it a strain to see.

Framerate on Halo 4 splitscreen dips pretty badly. Deff under 30 FPS when I tried complex.

Freezeing. Game constantly freezes after matches at the Loading... screen.

Bummer about the MM. Played first 2 missions of CE and Cairo Station in 2A. 60fps is just a beautiful. Love the instant gfx switching too.

Hopefull it's all sorted out when I wake up.

Are you sure your pushing X to save the controls for all games?

fired zero bullets in the orphanage.
Can't get into any matches, so I'm just doing random campaign stuff. The first level of Halo 3 not assaulting my eyes with jaggies sure is something.

Without a doubt. It's just the way the different halo games are. Reload, zoom and grenade swap for greenthumb (And even default IIRC) changes a bit with every game. Only the beatdown, throw grenade, shoot and jump stay consistent.

Been playing since midnight and I haven't been able to join a match yet so I'm just messing around on campaign for now. Hopefully matchmaking gets fixed soon.

Yeah i fully turned off and on stuck there, im hoping it wont do the same again. man im having a right morning ear infection, ipad air 2 just straight up died on me and redownloading halos fuck me.

Why isn't there a real party system? I guess it's easy enough for people to join when you know your going to get disconnected, but come on. Can't even back out of a matchmaking search and carry the party with you. What's the point of invites? And getting put on opposite teams.

Was hoping to get some Halo 3 games in before work, but it's still stuck on searching for players. Haven't been able to play a single game online since it unlocked

This has been disappointing as hell
