I greatly prefer the PSP to the 3DS for homebrew for a plethora of reasons.

a large number of snes games can run at intended framerate on the psp.

And that's not even what I was referring to. What I want from homebrew, really, is expanded system functionality. PSP has that like no other.

Better than the Vita...wow that is surprising, who would have guessed.
Hoping that that will change soon with the continually growing scene on Vita now.
It certainly has a lot more grunt than n3ds.

I don't know... NeoGeo is pretty much perfect on Vita. Same as NES and Genesis.
GBA games only issues are related to sound.

I believe this should be able to if i'm reading it correctly. Not sure since I haven't gotten a chance tot try it myself yet.

Somebody has found a way to convert PSP games into installable PKG files for Vita, thus getting rid of the need to have a ePSP kernel exploit. Or so it seems.

I know you could do this before Henkaku but it's so much easier now. Couldn't do it before because of how complicated it was.

I'll have to redo the Wild Arms and Breath of Fire 4 icons since they didn't come out too well. Regardless, I'm glad to have a way to get rid of the ugly square/rectangle in a circle look my PS1/PSP classics have.

He wasn't using henkaku (mentions what henkaku users should do instead though).
Mostly the same steps, instead of dumping the app.db with the email app you can just copy it over with molecular shell's ftp.

I open up the bubble go to load content, select a rom, screen goes black, then go back into the retroarch menu. Is there something else I have to do? Am I missing something?

You need a GBA bios in ux0:/data/retroarch/cores/system
