Diet is much more important than exercise in weight loss.
Of course, it is the harder part.

That will cause quick weight gain. He doesn't seem to have a lot of weight to loose, so he might want to wait with that till after he gets thinBaby steps op... Smoking cessation and cut out the pop.
.
THIS.You also might slow down your metabolic rate, so when you come back to eating normally. You'll put on more pounds. Good luck!
I know right? IF is fucking awesome and has been very easy for me.
Still eating my favorite foods every once in a while (about every 2 weeks) as well.
You can decrease the amount you eat substantially without the need to outright starve yourself. Try aiming for 1500 calories with a good amount of protein and lots of green veggies. I wouldn't recommend going too low on your carb count with a restricted calorie diet.
I had a lot of fun with protein + whiskey diet for two weeks. Lost like 8 pounds (I'm sure probably 4 or so was water weight), and felt like I got muscle gain. 150-200 grams of protein plus whiskey, and was never hungry because my previous diet consisted of very little protein...
Ate whenever hunger stroke, but basically either made a whey+water shake or a quest bar
Christian Bale starved himself for over four months prior to filming, as his character needed to look drastically thin. Allegedly, his eating consisted of one cup of black unsweetened coffee and an apple or a can of tuna each day (approximately 55-260 calories).[1] According to the DVD commentary, he lost 28 kilograms (62 lb), reducing his body mass to 54 kilograms (120 lb). Bale wanted to go down to 45 kilograms (99 lb), but the filmmakers would not let him due to health concerns. He later regained the mass, plus an additional 27 kilograms (60 lb) through weightlifting and proper eating, in preparation for his role in Batman Begins.
There is a thing as too much protein. Your liver doesn't like it.
Nor the whiskey, one would assume.
Though the constant alcohol might've at least kept him from protein poisoning, there's a whole litany of diseases and nutritional deficiencies that would eventually be induced by such a high intake of alcohol and especially in the absence of almost anything else.
I dunno, a 'whole fruits and vegetable diet' sounds like fruitarian nonsense from which you'll also end up skinny and broken inside.
Wait what...?
OP, this isn't going to work. Low carb, eat less, lots of veggies and protein, and at the very least take walks. Drink plenty of water, get good sleep, no cokes, NO SMOKING.
Doing all of that will actually work, and you'll actually be healthy. It's about lifestyle not dieting. Don't kill yourself.
I propose that vitamins can easily replace vegetables in your diet.If eating whole fruits and vegetables sounds like fruitarian nonsense, I'm not sure any amount of logic can straighten you out. (no I'm not saying *only* whole fruits and vegetables.)

Smoking will help curb his appetite.
OatsVegetables provide satiety. Vitamins do not.
I propose that I don't know what you think I said. Vegetables don't offer anything I'm aware of that necessitates consuming them (I'm no expert though).I propose that "vitamin capsules" and "vegetables" are not the only two possible sources of vitamins nor minerals in a diet.
Christian Bale did it for The Mechanic. Go for it!
This. The whole point of losing weight isn't just to look thin, it's to feel better. Shedding weight by starving yourself wont make you feel any better and your health will be just as bad if not worse. So he doesn't want to be fat, but he'll be just as unhealthy. Health should be the goal.
Is there a crime you could recommend?I did a diet almost identical to this, and it was super effective....
...only I called it 'being incarcerated'. Between the stress of prison and the horrid food that was served, I barely ate anything for months. Lost a ton of weight. So, yeah, maybe the OP just needs to be locked up?
