Usually these types of rights deals have clauses in the case of a sale. For example, if Sony ever sells off Columbia Pictures or eliminates the Columbia brand, the Spider-Man film rights revert to Marvel. But if Tencent does move on Ubisoft, the ABK rights are going to end up in court.
