Kofi really needs to be pushed at this point, him going after the IC/US is becoming really stale for his character. Speaking of his character, whatever change he's getting better be a good one and progress him for the rest of his career. Kinda miss Air Boom though...

If Kofi has been chosen as the black face of the company that WWE was rumored to want so badly, I think he's a bad choice.

He's jumpy and flippy; which to me basically makes him a bad crusierweight, and I certainly have never seen a great Kofi match.

He can't talk worth a damn and his attempts at being pumped about a win or hyping the crowd just looks so forced and fake. His participation on those PPV panels has been mediocre because he isn't fun to listen to, I still laugh at his feud attempt with Orton (LET ME GET THAT BUG, RANDY), and his attempts at adding something new to his dynamic (WILDCAT, PANTS, MORE JUMPS, T SHIRT BANDANNA) have been comical and ineffective.

He's been around since 2007 and I guess that in terms of paying his dues he's earned it, but meh. None of his singles wins were exciting and most of them were just so another heel could grab hold of the title. The most enjoyable he's been to me was when he was tagging with Evan Bourne. But that's probably just because it meant more Evan Bourne for me too watch. Actually, when he slapped the shit outta The Miz? That was cool.

MEANWHILE

  • Titus O'Neal is a big motherfucker that is highly entertaining on the mic or doing videos for WWE. His wrestling seems alright. His match(es) with Sheamus are an obvious highlight.
  • Darren Young is rough around the edges on the stick but still immensely more entertaining than Kofi has ever been in my opinion. I certainly find his wrestling more enjoyable.
  • Xavier Woods has a CLEAN SLATE to work with. He's young, won people over in NXT, is by all accounts a super nice guy, takes personal time to meet with fans while he's on the road, and is soon to be an PhD making him perfect to put on talk shows. I fully believe he could be more over than Kofi in any position.

Ziggler was at the AVNs again this year. Not gonna lie, if he ends up doing porn after WWE, I'll watch.

Uh, Big E is the black face of the future for E. Henry for now I guess

I know but all the stuff going around is Kofi is getting that main event push soon. Big E still has to dominate the mid card for now. I hope at the Rumble they start giving him his five count.

I dunno, Henry got the piss taken out of him 2 weeks in a row
Gotta build Brock I guess. Henry was still the face to show him up first when he started talking shit lol.

Yeah, you're probably right. If history is any indication I would expect Big E to wrestle another year (maybe half) before he makes it up the card, but he was after all a champion of the new NXT so I just wonder how well that bodes for him and how different things are today.

P.S. wrestling is a lot of fun while drinking, strobo was right.

I'll never trust Kofi Kingston as he lied about his place of birth - his origins! Shameful.

That TNA imagine is just sad.

Renting that big space and then it ending up being that empty, not good.

In the beginning of the year they really seemed to be ready to big things with the start of being on the road and the big payoff to the Aces and Eights angle. 6 months really changed things.

Pity it mostly hit Stuka. Awesome move, though.

Also, Yujiro continues his quest to murder lucha stars with that messed up gut-wrench on Rey Cometta that dumped him into the ring apron.

Yep, anyone can play along now, as long as their willing to gamble with their avatar ;)

Titan is ridiculous, also really impressed with Fuego on these shows. He's fun.
