Assassin's Creed 3 DOES support the Pro Controller.
I've had my Wii U since launch and never got around to putting a protector on it and it's fine. If you have little ones though who will be using the gamepad, I would buy one.
I do use this to cover the front when not in use. Although if you use this, it won't fit in the charging cradle.

Valim is reading the list wrong. The NO colum is for the CLASSIC CONTROLLER! All the games on that list support the Wii U Pro Controller. The Classic Controller column is for games that either do or do not ALSO support the Wii CC. Which means the NSMBU entry is wrong since that game does not support the CC. And neither does WWHD. Or ZombiU. So people are also clearly using the list wrong. Ultimately, the list is useless.
The deluxe only has 25GB free out of the box. The basic has 3GB. So, yeah, Nintendo is very misleading in that regard. Wii Sports Club alone will eat 1.5GB of that, and it's only 40% complete. It's why I "upgraded" to the deluxe after owning the basic for a week. Game patches are around 250MB, and there will be DLC I want. So even though I do not plan on buying retail games digitally, the deluxe will probably great near full in a few years.

£299.99 for the Mario/Luigi console, Mario World, hat and Mario Wii Mote Plus (free next day delivery). Guess you get the Wii Mote for free, which isn't bad considering how expensive they remain.
But the Argos one is better. Would rather take Lego City over a Wii Remote initially.

From a quick look, Smyths has a regular premium bundle (just Nintendo Land) for £199.99. Also, Amazon has Rayman+Lego City for £240.
But the bundles you linked are better if you want all those games!

I got the standalone Luigi U game months ago.

Well I couldn't hold out. I got the Wii U Deluxe Mario bundle(the one with Luigi) for $250 from Walmart(Canada).
I have an unopened PS4 that I will be returning since there are no games I'm interested in(I have a good a PC for multiplats). I'll probably pick one up again in about a year when there are more exclusives out.

All of you picking up Wonderful 101 with your new Wii Us are awesome! As good as 3D world is, I still think I would have to place W101 over it when ranking Wii U software. There really isn't anything as epically awesome as the later stretches of W101. I really hope this game ends up finding its audience. It really deserves tons of love.

Thanks!, no other games yet but over the next couple months I plan on getting W101, the new 3d Mario, MH, Pikman and maybe Lego city. If I see a good deal Zombie U I wouldn't trying it either.
It just made sense to get the Wii U because it has games out right now that I want to play. That and I think Nintendo needs all the support they can get right now. They are one of the few game companies that aren't trying to screw consumers(with dlc, micro transactions, drm, etc).

I've heard some people not enjoy it, but it's because they got it on launch and didn't play ANYTHING this year, missing out on W101 and Pikmin is unforgivable.
I'm having a blast, I thought the loading would be awful but it's perfectly fine for me, I also love EVERYTHING about the damn console. I just need a better battery for my control.

If the Wii U launched with these titles within the first three months, I think I'd be as happy as everyone else in here. But man it was the roughest post-launch drought I've been through.
Sadly it probably won't be happening.
Even though it was one of the best launch titles I've ever played.
Nintendo should just fund it. I think this is a good idea.

It would be nice for Nintendo to do that. However, Nintendo would be better of investing in a different project whether it's one of its own or one it seeks to publish from a third party. It needs a game that will actually sell some copies.

Or they could fund them to make mario zombi u where the mushroom kingdom has been infected and you has to survive infected toads and other creatures from the mushroom kingdom. You'd also team up with bowser and be forced to kill an infected luigi.
