An interesting note about the tracklist: No "Living So Italian." It might have been renamed, but then it could only be "Welcome to the Jungle" or "Gotta Have It."

I always see "Ray Bans" mentioned as a Jay-Z song, so it might make his next solo album. He's already started working on it and revealed that Frank Ocean will be on the first single at he listening party last week.

It might have been retitled as "Gotta Have It," but I'm thinking it's just not on the album. Either they felt it didn't fit with the rest of the album or they couldn't clear the Andrea Bocellli sample. I'm hoping we get to hear it at one point. Supposed to be great.

I hope so. Kanye did record a verse for it though during the recording sessions for Watch The Throne. That means...

A) They chose not to put it on Watch the Throne
B) Kanye's verse didn't fit and it could go in Jay-Z's next record
C) It'll never come out.

It was initially recorded last summer and both Jack and Jay-Z were extremely excited for it so I hope it sees the light of day.

In quasi-related news Jack White is releasing a single through Third Man Records with Detroit rapper Black Milk. The tracks just hit the web today. Very different from what Ray Bans sounds like I'm sure since apparently Black Milk kind of lead the way on Production, Jack just helped. On Ray Bans, Jack actually plays guitar and Jay-Z raps over it. Which is why I'm so excited.

The hook is mezmerizing. It's intoxicating. It's been my ringtone forever.

When the Elly Jackson bit transitions into Charlie Wilson, oh my goodness, it's orgasmic. I don't even know what the hook is trying to say, I just know it's great and compliments the beat. Which is also fucking great.

That tracklist is official. I think that site just hasn't gotten the memo yet. The 10 + 4 was listed back on July 4th, so they probably haven't just gotten around to changing it yet.

It's been speculated "Ni66as in Paris" is Living So Italian. One of the album reviews from last week mentioned the hook on it has Ye and Jay chanting "We Living So Italian".
