Yep. Pretty much all my questions were ignored for some reason but some stupid messages were allowed to be posted. WTF.

I don't think that's right. I think TTP said that they're different ranks, not different weeks. So the lowest one (rank 1) is top 20%, then up to top 5% or something? Presumably you could achieve them all in one week by getting the top level.
