Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories actually has two gameplay campaigns. You can play through the main story with Sora, and then a scenario with a second character opens once you've finished the first. Playing through both will give you a fuller picture of the story and the unfolding events, though those events might not make a whole lot of sense to Kingdom Hearts neophytes. This game undeniably caters to existing fans of the series, and those people will get the most out of Chain of Memories. For everyone else, it's worth checking out if you enjoy Disney, Final Fantasy, or a basically good adventure game with a unique world and premise.

Any videos of the intro?

It's nothing really great looking... It's just Sora / Donald / Goofy in the field like at the end (?) of the first game. Some cloaked dude comes up and talks to him (w/ the text written out on the screen). Then he walks up to a castle.

ZZZzzzzzzzz.

That took them a bit longer than normal. The slight spoiler kinda throws me (I'm only 3+ hours in), but I'd have to agree with what they're saying.

Didn't someone else say the game uses the same bosses and worlds from KH?
If true, that makes me not want to play it.

Yeah, I think that's the case... The scenario is that you are revisiting your past memories...

That being said, it feels different, due to the card system.

I grabbed a few seconds of the intro... but I optimized it to shit in order to get it under 1Meg. So obviously the actual video runs smoothly and the colors are much better:

I guess my big complaint has to be that instead of including this video, they could have included Voice acting, which I would have much rather had. Kingdom Hearts for PS2 had awesome voice acting. I miss it on the GBA. :-/

You're lucky (?) that's even considered a spoiler in the US... it was a "selling point" in Japan!

heh thanks. That looks pretty cool for GBA. I have to move KH (PS2) up in my backlog. :P

Well at least they stated that KH GBA is worth it for the KH addicts.

KH GBA +1 (if and when it releases in Euro land.)

The video looks kewl for GBA standards.
Can't wait for KH2!
