Maybe, but so far, no. The official site updated, and it added the Xbox logo alongside the other platforms its out on, but there's no PlayStation. It's not just like a delay of PSN updating or the PS version not being included in this video since it's an Xbox post. So, not for a while, if ever, I assume?

It's a very short game (2 hours) but was fun and a nice RTX demo especially when maxed out, it probably has more ray tracing options to tinker with than any other game ive played.
