She loves making deeply flawed characters because it makes them "real", apparently.

Bu-but I really liked Cristina Yang and I'm liking Laurel now ;____; The rest of the HTGAWM characters are terrible though

I'm catching up on all these TV series that are being aired now, but I don't really have time for it, with the auditions and such.

I should give in to despair and just spend all day watching stuff.

I've watched enough Shonda TV to know that she loves making her characters do stupid and abhorrent things just for the hell of it, to create drama.

She also took one of the most interesting and promising characters on TV, Olivia Pope, and completely destroyed her, narratively speaking.

Tell me about it... I got sick of Olitz by the end of season 3 and didn't bother watching the last 6 episodes. That, and also because the craziness started to feel just "forced" (and by that I mean "let's have a twist just for the sake of it").

I'm liking How To Get Away With Murder so far but I will not hesitate to drop it if Shonda does what Shonda usually does.

Atlanta Pride 2014 day 1 was amazing!
Highlights:
Meeting Meghan Trainor was awesome! She had a great performance of her hit song.
So. Many. Fucking. People. Oh my gawd.
So many hot dudes too!
Lots of walking
Lots of vendors and people selling stuff.
Got tons of free swag.

Onwards to Day 2 and the parade.

She sung all 4 songs off of her EP. They were pretty great.
I wish I took more photos of the weekend but unfortunately I wasn't feeling like it. Just wanted to experience the day since it was my first Pride.
Maybe next year. Besides, I'm not sure how one asks a random person to take a photo of them.
This is the only real photo I got to take of something else other than like a crowd shot.

My first Pride was amazing. Will definitely go next year.
