They walk among us !!!
Pretty girls?

Just caught up on the gymnastics. Really was hoping Raismen medaled, now Weiber really has to be lamenting her lost opportunity.

Ya Boxing should be thrown out. I stopped watching pro boxing long ago and decided to give some of these fights ago and it is pure bullshit.

Germans totally don't deserve that gold, if it wasn't for the stupid DQ they'd be getting a bronze.

They wouldn't have even gotten bronze technically. Their last run was worse than the Australians.

The GB DQ/relegation was clear though, they had great pictures for that. The riders were clearly at fault and an appeal wouldn't have changed anything. Not sure why people are complaining about the rules. Maybe it should just be a time penalty, I don't know, but the rule itself is perfectly understandable. You can't change riders before your team mate completes their lap.

In regards to the Chinese team relegation, the pictures I saw were terrible and showed nothing. I'm assuming the judges had better footage to look at, from the same camera that provided the footage of the GB team's fault, otherwise it's pretty baffling. They were really unlucky. Break the world record twice and walk away without the gold? Shattering.

I was watching the cycling on the BBC website then for the final, the pictures cut away to something else but I still have the cycling audio.

The hell? I just missed us get a WR, ffs.

Holy shit, CTV feed for the velodrome is hella behind. GB is just going to the line now and hasn't even started the race.

Same, I was on the feed which mirrored the TV. The individual cycling feed worked though, still annoying.

Damn, that was a nice race.

Congrats, GB.

I noticed they fucked up their fencing feed too. Thus I'm using BBC's stream instead.

5 gold medals for Chris Hoy, 6 medals overall. Ties Steve Redgarve as Britain's most successful Olympian(if you go by amount of Gold medals)
