No what we have to have is that a swimmer can only compete in 3 events, like the bikes and only one team representing a nation like tennis in all racquet sports.

Go back and read the previous conversation. Limiting a swimmer to only compete in 3 events would be a huge injustice to the sport, limiting greatness in favor of medal counts.
