You can talk about anything with text as long as you label it correctly. For images, just hotlink until it's in English.
The only caveat is I believe there is a gentleman's agreement to spoiler tag full chapter summaries (like your One Piece work) before the scanlations are out.

Well yeah if it's a Jump manga or one of the manga in the OP list (did you look at our amazing OP btw? it has the spoiler rules too), someone posts about it here pretty much as soon as a scanlation is out! A lot of people use this thread to know when something comes out.
How do you keep track of your manga if you're not using MU? Are you one of those sneaky Excel guys?
I read the entire WSJ magazine.
For example, One Piece/Naruto/Bleach gets a scanlation out on wednesday on a week before the magazine is out.
Assassination Classroom, Soma, and few others gets scanlated I assume right around the time the magazine goes on sale in Japan. Cross Manage is on simulrelese in Alpha, so it should be around this time too.
Meanwhile, Sket Dance is about 40 chapters behind.
PSI Saiki Kusuo is... I dunno, like 30+ chapters behind?
Kochikame is never scanlated and only god knows when one-shots are.
I read all of this at the same time, which is normally around the time you guys get Toriko scanlation.
(with the exception of One Piece, of course)
So you can see my predicament, everything is released completely different timing for scanlations.

I say just talk about it when you have seen it but just take note of the format (Manga title in bold, just link (no direct links) all the pictures since it easier to deal with, ensure the pic doesn't have the name of where its translated since thats apparently a no no).

Darn if it wasn't cancelled we could still be traveling to different dying planets, saving them, and mapping the whole universe with Peroperopyon. Shirafune Maho could see so much and fill it in, I wish they were able to fill in more of a chunk of it, though address if the universe were truly still expanding or shrinking.

Most Jump series we only hear about it ending when the TOC leaks.... Mago was a rare case of getting a lot of lead time...

This kill or be killed survival game manga is off to a fairly good start. I wish they explained Sudo's newfound ability, (was it copying stuff) but didnt throw him right into his first match right on a train. I guess with that "-nya/kewl" girl, she may save him and teach him the rules against this pandakun, but still would have prefered him being all epic and stuff at the start.

Really well done. But again, I'm easy to please.
Anyway, the development is quite interesting. Tae-Soo is once again scheming his plan in the background and it kinda seems like Ken doesn't really know what he's getting into there. He's once again talking about building his state and everything, but despite gaining some influence and followers in Seoul, the jump to the USA is quite big. Yumin's appearance is quite the surprise. It seems likely that she's there to see the same man, though I wouldn't understand what she's gain from it, seeing how she's still on the run from her clan. Their meetup should be fun. The Italian is so going to join them, I can already see it.

This series seem to get a lot better when it isn't focusing on Kuga being a fish out of water. Damage taken while using the trigger disappearing when the trigger is broken is kind of a lame cop-out though.

This arc was pretty good. I never followed this whole K-Pop and idol stuff, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's really that fucked up. It pretty crazy how influential they're becoming, even when the team itself doesn't grow by much. I loved the reaction of that KG guy, when he found out about Ken being the boss. It was excellent. And gosh, so many panels that scream "BADASS".
I really can't think of another manga that is as badass and funny at the same time.

There is a severe difference in actual legitimate dramatic tension and solid contrast, and the garbage you call Kubo's work. Plus two panels are acceptable while 18+ pages of blank shit isn't.
