So the other assassin has a name now (Chikage), and ends up going at the same school of Arashi and Mikoto. The bond that is created between Mikoto and Chikage wasn't that surprising, but I didn't think Chikage would end up being so much into Mikoto and, as Mikoto acts like a bitch to Arashi, I wonder what will happen when she finds out that "Fever" and Chikage are the same person?
For a minute I thought there could be a possibility of Mikoto partnering with Chikage, but I hope I'm completely wrong.

It's definitely slow to start but once you reach the backstories, the quality of the jokes improve by a good margin Imo.

That was pretty good. This manga is about a lady who is hit by a car and through the all encompassing power that is random unexplained supernatural BS she is sent back in time to relive her childhood. She examines her weird relationship with her sister and reevaluates her life and stuff. The concept has been done to death in pretty much every form of media, but the execution here was decent. There was some nice character development and the characters were pretty good especially by shoujo standards.

Alluka's body is male. At least to Killua, Alluka is female (and Nanika could be male).

I didn't even like it in the first volume. It seemed really generic and mechanical. Definitely gets better.

This actually fit in 100% in how I feel about powers in Naruto. What sucks is that all the new shit isn't even original powers, just evolution/changes to the only two legitimate powers in the series: Rasengan and Sharigan/Rinnegan. At least DBZ had the consideration to invent new powers, and when it didn't it just made creative ways to utilize them. All Piccolo ever did in his fight in Android 18 is just apply an old skill and make a new use for it by surrounding 18 with a set of ki blasts. If Dragonball was anything like Naruto, Goku would be shooting out Kamehameha out of his finger tips, and then after a year of training he learns how to shoot them out of his ass.

DBZ is ass, I've never seen people nostalgia so hard over such rubbish. YYH was leagues better. Come at me.

DBZ is ass, I've never seen people nostalgia so hard over such rubbish. YYH was leagues better. Come at me.

I am marathoning YYH and at episode 65. It's ridiculous how much YYH is better than the way overrated DBZ. Yusuke is a much better character than the entire cast DBZ.

I was watching the first episode of the anime, and something about the opening lines clicked with me. After checking both the first chapter and chapter 140, I'm pretty sure Medaka's lines to Ajimu (including the "life is epic") might be the same things she said at the very beginning of the manga. If it's true... god damn, Nisio.

Haha, yeah, they kind of are. Maybe some slight differences out of the translation and they were the same lines originally. I hope that's the case, actually. That's a nice way to bring things back full circl--oh, right, it didn't end.
