I wasn't expecting the backstory on how they discovered the identity of female giant to be so simple. I figured there would be a complicated "Death Note" like explanation on how they discovered the Giant's identity. Also I was genuinely surprised that the characters acknowledged that Annie and the Female Giant look alike. Usually in manga/comics where characters have serious secret identities and don't wear masks or have major physical changes to their body, they never make a connection like that.

Regardless I do hope they capture the Female Giant this time so we can find out more about the Titans/get some mysteries solved. But I can't see Eren beating her without serious help.

Yeah haha, made me do a double take. I didn't see that line coming.

Still I'd say it's more of a thing to confirm something NOT true than true. Like, if they didn't look alike, that would be pretty big evidence she's not her (she probably wouldn't even be brought up if their hair color was different).

Now that I think about it it'll be crazy if they can make titans that don't look like their human forms. Armin will definitely fall for it, at least the first time.

The opening skirmish was good, but the predictable flashback dragged it down. Wasn't really a fan of this chapter since I loath "flashbacks in the middle of intense fights."
