I don't know what's wrong with me that I missed two chapters worth of stuff, but after catching up all I can say is whoa. I actually thought that Babu had attacked Furuya. That would have been a pretty dramatic twist. Also dat Rea, Darrin and plot intrigue.

Student council is mostly what I expected. Half of it is Team Zenkichi from the last arc (swapping the Munakata siblings), and of course Maguro isn't a student and Hansode is out with Medaka so they got the new normal character to round things out.
It's a real shame I got to read this chapter so late because most of what I wanted to say was already stated by other people, so there's no fun in repeating it.

Started out as a dumb high school romcom, transformed into a gigantic troll of a battle shounen. It's amazing.
Okay see, this makes sense. I remember hearing/reading about it a long while back and wasn't interested. But now it's a battle shounen? Crazzyyyyyyyyyy.
I might start it.
It's so crazy. The author visibly tries to 1-up himself every chapter (and a lot of times multiple times inside the chapter) as much as possible, without any regard to how he'll possibly follow up on it next week. And he always manages to follow up on it.
Only graduates from "so bad it's good" mode after the first battle arc, though.
It goes from terrible to meh when it transitions into a battle manga around chapter 12. Then Kumagawa hits in chapter 50 and the manga goes into full blown awesome territory, and only gets better from there.
It's worth suffering through the initial chapters just to experience everything that has happened since Ajimu has appeared. It has to be experienced to be believed.

The romcom came much later. It started as a Sket Dance/Gitnama/StuCo "helping others" type. Which Im not sure if it has a name.

Speaking of Kuroko, it's pretty good. I'm only going at it along with the anime but I like it, at least far more than all the other recent sports Jump manga.

Cant tell if it is a new arc are just chapters to bridge the gap between them, but I think it is good if Ikki does go through with the plan of getting his own team. Was afraid he would just stick with Sleeping Forest for some reason. Its pretty intense how many panty shots there were in just these three chapters.

Yes, the manga reached it's highest point in the last battle.Everything else after that was kind of dragging and the ending was like weird...I guess both finally got together but....that was a shitty reunion...
