Japan has some weird mash-ups but girl + chainsaw is an odd one. Not mentioning the upcoming game either.
They are absolutely correct in their choice of combination (I don't think anyone here would argue against that) but damn if it isn't an odd one. I'd be worried she'd smell like oil.
With the first 3 volumes supposedly getting released in NA this year, maybe it's for the better.

I'm reading it, but it's nothing special and I never really feel the need to mention it. Jiro started off as this reasonably cool evil dude but now that's pretty much all been eroded away and he's just another generic male MC.
Yeah, and I wish it'd come out faster because it's so good.

I like them as a group of misfits. I can't remember them all but you have the past-loli vampire, fat perv pres, perv glasses dude who athlete girl likes, random ninja kid, funny art guy who likes Yuki, cat eyes, hikikomori sister, talking dog, 2.0, afro dad, etc... It's just a colorful cast and Jiro/Kyoko just do their dumb stuff for awhile.
It's just a fun read for me at least. Here, I just pulled this panel from a random chapter.
What's going on? Don't remember, don't care. The series reminds me of Nagasarete Airantou except is isn't fucking awful like NA.
That's actually pretty damn interesting.
