I'm just imagining a scenario where Sasuke wins, kills off the rest of team seven, claims he's the only survivor, has the rest of the ninja population subscribe to him as a leader since everyone else who could be one is dead, and builds a new ninja empire as an evil dictator until Naruto v2.0 comes and vanquishes him, thereby throwing the world in disarray yet again.
That actually reads like a sort of cool B-grade JRPG plot, actually. It's just missing Naruto v2.0's kooky companions.
