Cool, I forgot that it was 11 chapters not 10. Of the longer running series Beelzebub is the one with the best chance of being canned. It would be odd timing story wise but it's happened before.

Nobody's voting for Jaco because everyone knows it's a temp manga. Hime Dol! though, assuming it's a real ranking, that's very bad, I don't think it's even past its grace period yet and the editors are parking it near the back.
I guess this is why suddenly the plot is actually moving in Nisekoi.

Seriously though Soul Catchers was a good idea but not for a manga series. A series about music healing broken hearts needs to have bloody music to work. Should have pitched it to anime companies

You know, if the nodame anime didn't use godawful CGI animations for their concerts I'd say that it's superior to the manga just solely because it has the music.

I really thought that series could go to great places. I'm still holding out hope of it moving to Jump Live. If they want to get creative, they could try some things. Damn that stings.

As a music major and someone who has studied the effects music can have on people I can't agree with that. The entire premise of soul catchers was built around this incredible music that we never once get to hear. YouTube any of the no John Williams videos where they play emotionally powerful scenes from movies like ET without the music and see how much of an impact it makes

We could easily spend 20-30 chapters in a flashback showing what happened in the past that led to Aladdin being sealed and what led to the creation of the dungeons. The series also just said this chapter that it took all 72 djinn' from the past to win when we've currently only seen 14

She says the new story arc is about the main characters each going on their own journeys and developing, while the situation of the world at large will change drastically and hit a turning point. What happened in reality is we got a few chapters of Alibaba, half a page of Mor, and 600 chapters of beamspam instead. No reason to believe anything she says is true!

Same thing with AoT and SAO. Why do the crappy shows always have catchy OPs?
