Is anyone else messing around with launcher sjc cancels? I was in the lab with magneto and it can lead to some fun stuff on people who like pressing buttons. Basically rom loop in the corner stand H xx L hyper grav, launcher sjc H hypergrav into whatever.

The quality isn't the best, but it is pretty smooth (albeit unstable). More people need to stream 60FPS.

Why is it that the grassroots peeps have the best stream qualities? Cap Unity, for example, has the most ass stream quality known to man.

The player cam over the health bars is annoying, even more so than the crappy quality.

Learn dooms infinite/loop. It's really easy and if you perfect it you can rack up huge amounts of damage. I put doom on my team because his beam assist helps with my wesker combos.

god i hate sentinel and wolverine.
Some guy I keep running into online has got the most ridiculous wolverine I've ever played against. He uses Dante's jam session assist to great effect with wolverine. UGH

Man, there is something about this game that I just can't pinpoint. It is addicting in such a strange way that I have a hard time putting it into words.

My game just evolves every other day depending on who I'm fighting and I can almost feel this tangible level up taking place every time. My execution, defense, strategy and intuition just keeps moving towards new heights whenever I meet a new challenge and it's getting kind of scary. I'm pulling good combos, keeping my cool and I'm learning where and when to guard and it really shows.

This kind of reminds me of the level up experiences I had when I used Bang in BlazBlue. This game could really grow on me if they patch in spectator, add infinite time and fixed the netcode.

It'll probably have more than MvC2 in the long run, but I don't think it's there just yet. It probably feels that way because of the internet and the wildly fast spread of information.

Not broken shit, loops/infinites in particular. Plenty of people are saying that every single little bit of MvC3 is broken though :lol I've heard the word broken so much even pre-release.

I have been practicing for a bit with Sentinel and Wolverine. My problem is that I have only been practicing in mission mode. I tried playing my friends today and I got destroyed. Have a couple of questions. Any time they rushed me I had no answer. I have no idea how to create space with Sentinel or Wolverine. How do I defend against players who like to rush you, and how do you defend against players who teleport like Dante. Any time I tried to do anything my friends blocked and then countered with a combo that took most of my health. Game is really frustrating as a beginner who is trying to go against more advanced players. Also I have no idea how to play against phoenix or she hulk. Anyone want to give me some tips.

Edit: Another problem I have is projectiles. Once they figured out that I don't know how to defend against them they just kept me at the other side and spammed projectiles. It was incredibly frustrating.

I tried to get in some ranked matches, and was sitting in training room and only got in two games. not good. I was only hoping to get that stupid achievement for playing vs a 1st ranked opponent. I don't care much for achievements usually, but I'll be irked if the crappy matchmaking keeps me from 100% on this one.

The difference is, the broken shit in MvC2 was exclusive to a few select characters. In MvC3, almost every character has loops/infinites or some exploit.

Worse is when you actually know someone in real life who takes the time to type out angry messages whether they won or lost to players to feed their superiority complex. Shit is mad douchebaggish and I let the guy that I know know that he's being a dick every single time he does it. And is part of the problem.

also anyone else who wants to play i play quite a bit at night, gt = frenchmov

Been training with Ammy/Iron Man/Dormaamu which has become my standard team. So I go into Ranked Match to try a few battles and lose. Not badly, which is a plus, but my record is 2-15. Decide to switch it up and go to my secondary team of Ammy/Dante/Phoenix. Playing keep away with Dante and Ammy to get my meter up then letting the Dark Phoenix out and win the first match I play with them. Of my three ranked wins, two of them are with Ammy/Dante/Phoenix even though I've put way more time into learning Iron Man and Dormaamu. Sigh.

Also, decide to futz around in Player Match and my first matchup I decide to try and get the Avengers Assemble achievement despite never having played with Thor before. And of course I win that match too.

I think what MvC3 is trying to tell me is that I do better when I just randomly select people I don't practice with.
