Very nice collection! :D must've sunk a fortune on that set.

I've tried not to spend over 50$ on a single item, it's keeping me from going after those Konamistyle premium sets and all :D

Don't see it talked about much but I notice Metal Gear AC!D is in the collections posted so far. Was it worth picking up? Never thought much about the portable ops games either.

I loved the AC!D games. The first one was pretty clunky in terms of controls but it was still nice to play a different type of Metal Gear game. The second AC!D was really good and fixed all of the issues I had with the first. Both games can be had for cheap nowadays, you can probably get both for $20. I recommend checking out some YouTube videos of the gameplay as it's not for everyone, adapting to the controls/movement takes a little getting used to.

I really wished they made a 3rd:(

If you are ever interested in some signed Kojima stuff from MGS3 pm me. I have a signed artbook, a signed copy of MGS3. and A signed poster from the game. All were signed in person by him before he had a signing event in Los Angeles.

Oh well, screw VG+ :p Ordered it from good'ol Tronixweb. Haven't bought stuff from there since the PS3 launch day so it's kinda risky!

Yeah I want it but when I was looking I ended up getting the KonamiStyle LE instead. Got a tattoo instead lol.

MGS LE says shipping soon but hasn't shipped yet. I did get charged early this morning (from Amazon)

I think I'll still get it by tomorrow if I usually receive Amazon packages in 1 day. Screw that Nov 14th estimate delivery

Thats what its looking like. They never charge me unless my item is shipping that day. Im guessing that ours will leave the warehouse today and we will get them in whatever speed shipping we chose.

If thats the case, fire that rep I talked to. I want my 4 bucks for 1 day shipping back!

EDIT: And right as I posted that, they emailed me. My order shipped. Estimated delivery of tomorrow.

I am trying to figure out how many PSN cards I need to get at the store since amazon has stopped selling PSN online codes.

They charged me this morning and listed it as "shipping soon". 30 mins ago, they shipped it and slated the delivery for tomorrow. I chose one day shipping.
Based on amazons history, Id say that if you were charged, yours will ship today as well and you will get it tomorrow.
Ive never seen them charge for an item and then NOT ship it that day.

Anyone know why 2 famitsu reviewers give the 360 version of PW a point less each than PS3 version?

Probably sticking with the PS3 version but wondering if it is just because of 360 doesn't get MGS1 download or did I hear that wrong.

I'll laugh if the 360 version of MGS2 retains the Tanker slowdown in the Xbox version.

Sorry didn't see this until now.

No, I didnt notice any major texture warping. There was a weird ghosting effect on the subtitles sometimes though.

That's good to hear, because I for one would not be looking forward to a repeat of MGS1's texture warping in any capacity.

I have no 360 but I am wondering how MGS will play on it, I know the 360 doesn't have pressure sensitive buttons and MGS2 and 3 relied heavily on it.

Ever since I quit CC and Paypal activities I am at the mercy of imports the local stores will carry, and all they are going to put up is the LE which is quite costly.. hmm

Yeah, I preordered for PS3 just in case even though I kind of wanted to get the 360 version. Plus, MGS1 is on PSN and MGS4 is on PS3. I'll have the complete collection on one platform.

Since gaming journalism is an oxymoron and no one has covered this elephant in the room yet, I plan on posting my thoughts on the 360 control schemes as soon as I get the game home tomorrow, assuming no one beats me to the punch.
