Been with the series since 1998 and it's bittersweet to see it ending. But man I can't wait.
I'm religiously checking my Amazon order page. Still hasn't shipped but says it's on time for delivery by 8 on Tuesday.
I know I should be fine but will go nuclear if this isn't in my PS4 on Tuesday.

Yup. I cleaned up my SSD out yesterday for this and Mad Max.
Gonna be me checking Steam until the unlock happens for either game.
So happy we almost there. Game has been such a long way in the making. I'm gonna start my download at 9pm and hopefully being playing by 930pm, I'm just gonna play it all night and be tired as shit at work the next day. MadMax tomorrow before that hopefully as it supposedly unlocks a few hours ahead of MGSV, giving me time to try both. I hope.

for what I have been reading, it seems like it is very easy to kill others in this game..
how difficult has been for those with the game to not kill anyone on missions?
also, anyone knows if for a perfect run one must start and finish the game as a whole or if with just redoing missions it will be enough?

I was thinking of just starting the download from bed, then setting my alarm a few hours early before work.
Knowing Steam, the download is going to be around 30-45 minutes, but I feel like some sleep is better than no sleep!

I'm so ready! This is going to be the first time I get to play a Metal Gear at launch. Recently played MGS3 and GZ, as well as read an outline of what happened in Peace Walker, so I think I'm good to go. I had planned to play MGS 1+2 before launch, but real life got in the way. Oh well, at least I'll have something to do after V.
Pretty excited. Been playing lots of GZs the last few days, just to minimize the learning curve for the controls, and its reallllly good. It's the first time a stleath game has ever clicked for me.

Some people complained it crashed their phone, even though I asked multiple people to test it before I finished the OT. And no issues with any mobile phones from people I asked.
Don't like dis blurry mess. Whoever complained, hope it was worth it. Looks like it was made on a PS3 now ;_;
