Is there any info on why they used the same actor (Lincoln) from Mafia 3, again?
How's the gunplay?Ok so far
+ Cutscenes look pretty awesome. And the city looks straight up like Cyberpunk 2077. Production values seem high.
+ Story is already intriguing regardless of how predictable it's supposedly is
+ Great to hear Lincolns actor again
+Controls feel good
+Haptic feedback with the triggers
+There is licensed music and the OST is pretty sick so far
-Fuck man that framerate. Def not a solid 30 and there's no performance options. Big yikes indeed. It's already kinda choppy in cutscenes and walking around. Nothing game breaking or detrimental to the experience (for me) but it's noticeable as fuck. Hopefully that gets fixed up.
That's it? Because his voice is cool?Because his voice is cool as shit?
That's it? Because his voice is cool?
Idk man, should be this the only reason?

I think they wanted rather make a statement. Like, look we have the same actor like Mafia, all Mafia aficionados, please buy our gameWell they obviously they thought that Hernandez was the best fit for the role. Like really? You're asking "Why'd they hire this guy?"![]()
I may support this just to spite everyone......myself included.
He wanted to be the star of another bad game
Buy it on PlayStation so you fuck yourself over for a refund
Good to know before hand. Appreciate the infoShooting is tight but lacks punch. The haptics do the heavy lifting and even then it feels sorta weak. This needs to fixed ASAP because the shooting is fun and responsive.
Driving feels super solid so far in the buggy
This is already going places. Spec Ops The Line vibes right here at the moment. I miss these simple cover shooters man. And it feels GOOD.
The music during this first flashback sequenceThey knocked it out of the park with the licensed stuff so far.
*Rockstar wishes they had shooting that felt this tight (aside from MP3). The Benz knows what's up. It's why he left.

Looks 360 era? I better check this out because that sounds like a great thing lolThis game looks like something you'd find in a gamestop garbage bin where they throw away all the crappy games they have in stock and it's discounted to hell just to get rid of the inventory. The name is generic, the gameplay looks like 360 era jank, and the premise of the story seems boring. Nothing about this game looks worth buying unless it's 20 dollars or below and you want to give it a try.

Matty plays reviewed it and showed gameplay. See for yourself how bad it looks.
He's borderline becoming just as bad as Dreamcast Zitface and White Trash T Shirt with his facial expressions for his videos.

Guerilla marketing for fantastic 4What did he turn into? Didn't know this game has shape shifting. Now i kinda wanna get it.
Returnal (2021)The game feels like such an anomaly in 2025.
It's a straight up barebones story driven TPS. When the fuck was the last time we got one of these? Uncharted? Quantum Break? Gears 4/5?

posted that list because I wanted to show that third-person story-driven shooters do still exist in recent years even if they've evolved beyond the barebones formula you're talking aboutAll of those have upgrades and shit and don't have a cover system so no, none of those qualify. Nice try though!

So my list was to highlight that the genre isn't dead or an anomaly, it just grew up and got more complex, unlike what Mindseye seems to be aiming for
