Little news today: UFC events will no longer be free in Germany. Of course the PPVs are only available online and Fight Pass isn't available yet in Germany, as expected of a company that can't get their shit together. They broke it to their fans via Facebook and the news is pretty damn vague, as if they have no idea what the situation is.
Still, I probably won't shell out money for most PPVs, especially not the money they'll probably demand. That used to be the one thing where I could look at the US and laugh.
Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Just watched Lethal Weapon for the first time. Was surprised to see in the fight at the end Riggs rolling for an arm bar and then cinching up a triangle choke on Joshua.

I'm glad someone posted it because this was exactly what I was thinking.
If he wasn't one punch away from a TKO in round one I could possibly understand Spider on this one. It wasn't how anyone wanted the fight to end but the reality is no one wants to see him end his career going 0-3 in a trilogy. Unless we get a bionic TRT Anderson Silva with laser beams for eyes and metal knuckle impants he's done.

Anderson don goofed in that first fight. He blew his chance there by goofin as he had Chris standing with him. 2 most unsatisfying fights to watch imo. Yeah Chris beat him up in the first round of both fights but Anderson is a slow starter. He even dropped a round to Okami.

16 man tourny for every weight class. Great way to build stars and excitement.
Champ and number 2 being scheduled to fight for the title while the rest, #3 to #19, are scheduled to participate in the tournament.
Begin with the smallest weight class and work your way up to heavyweight. The 2 fional fighters face each other in the same night...oh man that would be something.
The winners get a tourny trophy and a title shot.
Edit: The champ can be at cageside with the commentators talking about the matchups and showing off some swag in a 3000 Dollar suit and some sweet shades with his championship belt on the broadcast table.
Let's not forget the man who is going to carry both the strap and this company out of the second dark age.
