Of the "back loaded" portion, almost none of it is guaranteed money. They will be able to restructure him forever. His cap hit after the 2013 season is effectively zero because they have built in so much room to manipulate it.
They easily have room to sign Rodgers to the highest contract ever and can definitely keep Raji if they so choose. The structure of the deal means they can easily extend Finley if they so choose even.
