You're probably asking just Marvie, but I think that trade would ruin Calgary. They'd be left with just one 80+ winger, yet four 80+ centers. Plus trading next season picks is a bit sketchy, but I might be alone in this. O/w can see how they'd want Ward.

i haven't been able to get on nhl the past day or so. That being said depending on who you took we can hash it out when i swing by with a pillowcase full of bars of soap and beat you...harshly.

The thing is, I don't even know WHO it is. The "transactions" just says I traded you a 3rd round pick last sim, but I didn't actually sign a player. I'll have to take a look at the game and see what happened...

Is the protocol for this type of thing to just offer it and see if Marvie allows it during sim or is it better to ask here first?
Looks like Kampfer is your only RFA and I DID offer him something. But only my pick went your way, but Kampfer not my way? Maybe it'll happen next sim? Weird...

Posting things in here from now on will probably work better in the long run. Letting you guys look at it and kick it around for awhile first makes it easier for me.
What a stud eh? Had a great season and then goes from 80 to 82 despite being just a 3 star. I think it worked out surprisingly well for both of us, though, which is nice. Needed the cap space for Kunitz and ended up drafting Varlamov (66 ovr, 19 years old, 3 star) with the pick. Don't know if Ross will ever amount to much.
Surprised to see how well some of my more average (former) prospects are developing. Traded Santorelli (73, 3 star yellow, 25 years old) to Milly and he leapt to 79.

I was quite surprised at that as well. He fits nicely in my lineup, considering I really only have 2 good lines and the rest are depth.
