Hope this sells well so it can fund my precious Blasphemous 3
I'm confused. Why do you need an adapter? Unless you mean the original Xbox controller which doesn't have a USB cord?Seeing this thread, prompted me to finally invest in a Xbox controller adapter for the PC so I could check out the demo for this on Steam, (bit awkward when trying to play it via keyboard)
Series X controller to use on PC, I tried two different USB ports and all it did was charge the controller, so I decided to get the adapterI'm confused. Why do you need an adapter? Unless you mean the original Xbox controller which doesn't have a USB cord?
Because you can just plug and play Xbox 360 and later controllers.
Sounds like your cable might not be capable of transferring data. Either by design (a charging only cable) or the data pins could be damaged/faulty.Series X controller to use on PC, I tried two different USB ports and all it did was charge the controller, so I decided to get the adapter
Wut. They games aren't even comparable.yea this game looks WAY better than shadow labyrinth from what im seeing online
You can usually just downloaded a program to detect inputs or troubleshoot. Things like software sometimes has to be downloaded with it, or turning off steam input can fix it.Series X controller to use on PC, I tried two different USB ports and all it did was charge the controller, so I decided to get the adapter
I ended up getting the adapter, after some initial issues at first it soon enough synced up, never have I ever had the need to play controller based games on the PC...(it's mainly point and click games I use the PC for..) but anyway, glad I got to check out the NG demo....definitely on my radar, (I don't usually consider Ninja Gaiden games, but this one maybe an exception.)You can usually just downloaded a program to detect inputs or troubleshoot. You do you though.
It's ridiculous how long we had to wait for this. Are there any preorder bonuses for this? I know Shinobi has some.Man, I messed up my schedule and was all psyched to download this today...
Just 10 more days until, at last, a new 2D Ninja Gaiden![]()

No way bro. I'll ride it out in the review thread if nothing else. I'm usually on my phone and specialize in shitposts and can't really do good OTs.Punished Miku You are going to make the OT, right?

I won't be able to play it on day one since I'm in the middle of KCD2, but I really look forward to play this one just after that.
I can't remember the last time someone was counting down to a game in a release date thread like you are now. You have to do the OT. No one else has the passion. I mean, I do. But, I also blow at creating things. Including this post.No way bro. I'll ride it out in the review thread if nothing else. You have to do the OT.
Still no price listed on Steam. The demo surprised the hell out of it. I expected a weak cash-in, but this actually had soul. Plays the way nostalgia goggles remember the OG NES games. Exactly what you'd want in a release like this. I pray they don't commit seppuku like the new Contra release by pricing it horribly.
$25 on Switch eshop. Same as Blasphemous 2.Hoping for $19.99.
Not sure what the consensus is on what people want but that feels super fair.
There's going to be guest music tracks from all composers of NES Ninja Gaiden 1-3.I expected a weak cash-in, but this actually had soul.
Hoping for $19.99.

It's $24.99 according to the eshop.
$25 I'd consider a good price. The closer you get to $30, the more I wait for a sale. $40 and I'm out unless there's an obvious above-average effort for a game like this. This is where Contra and Prince of Persia messed up. $25 is good enough for an impulse purchase based on my time with the demo. Good move.$25 on Switch eshop. Same as Blasphemous 2.

Blasphemous 2 is 30, so yeah 25 is surprising.$25 on Switch eshop. Same as Blasphemous 2.
Exactly. I keep seeing the trailers and thinking "wow, this has nothing to do with Ninja Gaiden." The closest to that level of bombastic was the Eclipse Scythe in NG2. All I'm seeing are these massive, oversized, stupid weapons - everything taken to the top, just like with all of Platinum's titles - and nothing of NG's precision, timing, or skill. Just pure bombast. No, it's a linear game with distinct levels, like the original games
Nah, not everyone. PG is a trash-tier developer so zero faith in this game.
Countdown to July 31st
4 days remain
The demo to me just felt like The Messenger but without any humor.
I'll probably get it during some deep sale someday, just like I did for The Messenger.
We have enough music for that.Unfortunately, for me the countdown is until physical game release, so still about a month and a half away.
Yeah for real. I'd rather play it on Switch, but the screenshots I saw for the Switch version look worse than PC even though it's only 2D sprites.I hate that there is still no info on switch 2 enhancements. Like yea i get that the graphics are pixel but i would like for it to not be 720p handheld on a switch 2.....
yea cause the 720p native handheld screen is gona get strechted to the 1080p one on switch 2Yeah for real. I'd rather play it on Switch, but the screenshots I saw for the Switch version look worse than PC even though it's only 2D sprites.
