I expect Reggie will show up for his usual intense staredown with Geoff after the Main Treehouse presentation.

Wow, people are really harsh this year on the conferences. Most of the stuff I've seen has been enough.
Makes me worry that Zelda will get ripped tomorow, even if it looks great. Well, it's zelda, so the fans will hate it of course. It'd be cool to see the NX target footage so we don't need threads/fights about the amount of jaggies, and IQ stuff, and textures. Cause, yea, as a wii u game, it will be lacking in one or more of those areas.
actually most the discussion will be VA or boy/girl if either comes true.

If NX fails, then they would have to. Someone good at economics should try to find out at what point it would be better for Nintendo to drop out of hardware.

I'm really sorry that if this has been answered a thousand times in the thread already, but has it been confirmed/denied if there will be a traditional trailer for the game? I work tomorrow so I won't have time for watching the live stream.

I believe BG&E2 is definitely NX exclusive. They atleast announced Just Dance for it. I know that's not saying much, but it's still something.

It has not, at least that I know of. I think that they probably would show a trailer of some sort, but the main focus is the demo.

I've said this before but my best case scenario would be something like Wind Waker but where you could play as Aryll. Depending on the character you choose you see completely different parts of the game. That would really increase the replay ability.

It's impressive that nothing is ever leaked (except that artwork). When we all know Nintendo has already allowed some press to play Zelda, there is not a single person that leaks any details about the game. Besides, we don't know the subtitle. We even don't know how the booth is going to be set up.
I'm not expecting it because it will overshadow everything. If it doesn't happen, the debate's gonna continue because I don't think they'll say anything.
That'd be incredibly lazy.

In addition to the above poster, Nintendo's Treehouse are their internal localisation team at NOA.

you know, the other day I had a dream that the next zelda game was like a mix between zelda, sticker star, and one of those puzzle quest games. you had to match tiles to kill enemies and then they dropped other special tiles you can place on the board over other tiles, and the matching field had things like conveyor belts... also i think the game was mario and zelda teaming up.
not great for a zelda game, but it was an interesting idea lol

I've read that tale so many times. Every E3, for over a decade, we see 3rd party games being announced left and right for every console except Nintendo ones and we always say "Oh, that just NDAs", or "Nintendo doesn't want them announcing games early" or something like that.
And in the end, as expected, we get nothing (or leftovers).
If Ubisoft was able/allowed to announce Just Dance for the NX and did not say any of the other games were coming to the NX, then that means those games ARE NOT COMING TO THE NX.
The sooner people accept that, the quicker you'll be at peace with yourself. It's sad really, having to hope so much every year, and every year the 3rd party train crushes our hearts.
It is the only thing. There aren't any magic NDAs. If that's the only thing that Ubisoft has planned for it, I doubt that the likes of EA and Activision have anything. Face it, zero AAA western third-party support is now confirmed. Just deal with it instead of living in denial.

I think we should just wait for when Nintendo reveals the NX to say what third party will be there. Nintendo will make sure to go all out and represent whatever third party games there. Nintendo doesn't want another Wii U and like Kimishima said they want to make sure software is there for the system.

We've had Square, Tecmo and Ubisoft say things. Nintendo either needs to get off their asses like NOA is doing for indies or say 'fuck third parties' wholesale at this point. Because I'm tired of the guessing games.

People have been so down on things! Maybe it's that I haven't read any leaks, and I also kept hype in check (but still hype, not expecting disappointment!), but I thoroughly enjoyed Microsoft, PC, and Ubisoft's stuff.

I know they've said stuff. You know how weird Nintendo is. Like I've said before, but Nintendo is way too secretive and that can be a detriment.
